Terms and conditions

How online lessons, enquiries and payment arrangements work.

1. Service and provider

Instruktor.si offers individual online mathematics and English lessons for primary school, Slovenian lessons for primary and secondary school, and individual Slovenian lessons for foreigners. The legal provider and invoice issuer is:

Nika Droljc s.p., La Nicolette
Pirševo 4, 1219 Laze v Tuhinju
Registration number: 8211221000
Tax number: 45104964
The provider is not registered under the regular VAT system.
Email: info@instruktor.si

Lessons are taught by Luka through student employment arrangements. Sending an enquiry does not book a lesson; the subject, time, price and other essential details are agreed before a lesson is confirmed.

2. Lesson price and payment

Mathematics and English for primary school, and Slovenian for primary and secondary school, cost 25 € per 50 minutes. Online Slovenian lessons for foreigners cost 30 € per 50 minutes. Any different lesson length or scope must be agreed in advance. Once the arrangement is confirmed, the customer receives a pro forma invoice. Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Lessons are delivered according to the confirmed arrangement, and the legal provider issues the appropriate final invoice after delivery in line with accounting requirements.

The provider is not registered under the regular VAT system. Any tax treatment is stated on the invoice under applicable rules.

3. Changes and cancellation

If you cannot attend, please let us know as early as possible. Rescheduling is arranged individually; there is no automatic contractual penalty or fixed cancellation deadline.

For a late arrival or non-attendance, the parties will try to agree an individual solution. If a paid service has not been delivered, the prepayment is handled fairly, in line with applicable consumer rights and the specific arrangement.

4. Minor students

A parent or legal guardian arranges an enquiry, paid-service agreement and payment for a minor student. Please do not share information that is not necessary to arrange or deliver a lesson.

5. Consumer rights and outcomes

Applicable consumer rights for distance contracts remain unaffected. Starting a service before the statutory withdrawal period expires requires an express agreement and the information required by applicable rules. Lessons support learning but do not guarantee an exam result, grade or fluency.

6. Questions and complaints

For lesson questions, contact info@instruktor.si. Complaints about the service may be sent to the legal provider at info@instruktor.si. Slovenian and applicable EU law govern the service.

The provider does not recognise any alternative dispute resolution provider (IRPS) as competent to resolve consumer disputes.
